A Workshop was arranged on Monday, 17th September, 2018 at Project Management Unit (PMU) office. The Purpose of the session on Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) was to give stakeholders a comprehensive introduction to the system developed by PMU- PTEGP and disseminate information regarding how to lodge complaints so that they could be addressed underneath the project.
